Our story
Spoonful Botanical is handmade in County Louth by Conor and Jayne, two people who set out to help family feel better, one daily spoonful at a time.
From a family kitchen in Louth
On their travels through Asia, Conor and Jayne saw how herbs and spices were used in their purest form. They brought that idea home to Ireland and began fermenting 14 root herbs and spices with golden jumbo raisins for 21 days, the way it is still made today.
It started for one person: Conor's grandmother, who they wanted to help stay active and comfortable. Word spread, and before long more than a thousand people were taking a daily spoonful. Every batch is still blended by hand in Tullyallen, Drogheda.
