I started to take this last September bought it at the ploughing and ir is just amazing I have bad arthritis in my hands and have great improvement I would recommend it to everyone who has arthritis
I have bought some from Ireland to Portugal - just wondering once opened should it be kept in a fridge and how long does it last once opened? Thank you
