Spoonful Botanical has been delivering high quality herbs and spices to our customers all over Ireland. Our service allows customers to order online from the comfort of their homes/offices and have our products delivered to them within 24hours.
Our online ordering facility is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and orders are processed by our staff here at Spoonful Botanical from Monday to Friday. Once your order is processed, it will be delivered to your home within 3 working days.
Online orders include nationwide delivery free of charge for all orders over €50 (ROI and Northern Ireland). For orders under that amount, delivery costs €5 in ROI and Northern Ireland.
After ordering online, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details (only if you have provided an email address).

Our system will accept orders 24hrs a day but it is only possible for us to process orders that have been received prior to 2pm on any given day for next day delivery, with the exception of Saturday, Sunday
Packaging & Storage
Spoonful Botanical packages are delivered by a professional courier company. Each item is individually sealed by our staff members. Caring for the environment is crucial. After all, we’ve only got one planet. If we don’t adopt environmentally friendly business practices, we’re ultimately hurting ourselves.
But here at Spoonful using eco-friendly methods are at the core of our business. All our packaging is reusable and easy to recycle making it a win for both our consumers and our planet.
Returning products
Here at Spoonful Botanicals we are proud of the quality of our products. However, if for any reason that you are unhappy with your product purchased or if you find that our product has arrived in an unsatisfactory condition you can return the product unopened to the address below.
Lost or damaged items
If you have any lost or missing products from your order at Spoonful Botanical please contact us by email/phone.
Lost items must be reported within the time frame of 30 days from the dispatch day. If you fail to do so we will not be liable for any loss.
If parcels are damaged in transit we will offer a full refund only if products are returned within the 30 days from the dispatch day. If you fail to do so we will not be liable for any damage.
Additional Returns Information
Spoonful Botanical will not be responsible for the cost of packaging and postage for the return parcels. We recommend using tracking on the parcel you are returning as we cannot be responsible for parcels that don’t make it back to our company address.
